KIU Store Return/Exchange Policy

Customers have 45 days from purchase to request a return or exchange for your item(s).  Returns or exchanges can be made for any reason, however the item(s) must be unused, and in original packaging in order to be eligible for a return or exchange.  An exchange can be made for a different size, or different item entirely,* or returned for a refund**.  All returns & exchanges will be charged an additional $5 processing and restocking fee.

Kick It Up is committed to maintaining safe Covid-19 protocols when dealing with merchandise, so upon receiving the returned item it will be dry cleaned, repackaged and re-sanitized before being placed back into sale rotation.  Products will always be handled by staff wearing a mask.

To process a return or exchange, simply email info@kickitup.ca with the details of your request.  A reply will include return/exchange instructions.

Returns & exchanges will take a total of 2-3 weeks to process.

NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE

-Discounted items (considered final sale)

-Orders shipped outside of Canada 

-Non-clothing items (Rosco plush, keychain, water bottles, hats)

*An exchange will be considered 2 separate transactions.  Upon receiving the original order, money will be returned (minus $5 processing/restocking fee), and another order will need to be placed by the customer for the new item.  In an exchange, Kick It Up will cover the cost of return shipping, but the customer will be responsible for paying shipping of the new item(s).

 

**In the event of a return for refund, customer will be responsible for paying return shipping.
